PCB LAYOUT

preventivo di spesa per progetto PCB

One single price for the entire project

For the design of your PCB, we prepare a fixed-price quotation, defined before the work begins.

No hourly rates and no surprises: we assess the project as a whole and agree the cost of the work with the Client.

The quotation normally includes all the activities needed to arrive at the final PCB files, ready for production and assembly.

Why choose a fixed-price quotation

How the quotation works

1. You send us the project material

You can submit the schematic in whatever format is available, even if it was created with different CAD tools.

Please also let us know:

If some parameters are not yet defined, we can evaluate them together during the initial analysis.

2. We analyze the project and prepare the offer

Starting from the schematic, we evaluate the complexity of the PCB and the activities needed to produce it.

The quotation is based on the entire project, not on the hours spent.

The offer may include:

3. We carry out the project

Once the quotation is accepted, we proceed with the complete PCB design according to the agreed specifications.

We pay particular attention to production and assembly requirements, so that the project can be correctly transferred to the manufacturing phase.

4. We review the result together

At the end of the design phase, the PCB is submitted to the Client for any comments or changes.

Changes that do not involve substantial modifications to the schematic, shape, or size of the PCB are made at no additional cost.

This allows the project to be refined without having to continually recalculate the cost of individual activities.

5. Substantial changes

If substantial changes to the schematic, shape, or size of the PCB are needed, the related cost is assessed and agreed with the Client in advance.

No additional work is therefore carried out without first agreeing on the cost.

What you receive at the end of the project

Our goal is not simply to produce the layout, but to deliver a complete project that is ready to use for production.

The documentation may include:

Production files

Assembly files

Bill of materials (BOM)

How much does it cost to design a PCB?

The cost depends on the characteristics and complexity of the project.

We do not use a simple hourly rate: we analyze the project and prepare an overall offer, so the Client knows the cost before starting.

To get an assessment, simply send us the schematic and the information available about the PCB, at no charge to you.
